Please join us in congratulating the Center for Sexual Health Promotion's Dr. Catherine Sherwood-Laughlin for being awarded the 2022 ASPPH Teaching Excellence Award.

The ASPPH (Association for Schools & Programs of Public Health) describes that the Teaching Excellence award "recognizes faculty who are outstanding in teaching and mentoring students toward distinction in public health research, teaching, and practice". The award celebrates individuals with significant contributions in innovative teaching and leadership, mentorship, and scholarship.

Dr. Sherwood-Laughlin teaches pedagogy, practicum, field experience, and research courses within the School of Public Health.
